A superb hotel well worth more than its 4 stars - the breakfast was outsatanding - location very good for railway station and old town is not too far away to walk but there are buses and trams if you wish transport there. If we were to stay in warsaw again we would stay here again

Expensive Internet; got upgrade to room with free internet with lower price. This was good service by the personnel.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are big and have ac, hair dryer, internet connection, mini bar, variety of TV channels in different languages+payed TV as optional. It has friendly staff offering good service. Hotel is located in center of Warsaw within walking distance from shopping malls, shops, Central Train Station, Metro, restaurants and nightlife entertainment. About 10 km from Warsaw International Airport. The only disadvantage could be light traffic noise heard from the street in the rooms facing one of the busiest road of Warsaw. Another problem could be finding car parking place as the only parking would be around the hotel and it is public. In general I would recommend this hotel.

Nice room but the bathroom was bigger than the room. I\'m wondering why internet access was not free!! They asked me to pay for it Euro 20/night. Is not too much$1 Most of European hotels are offering internet free.

This was our first visit to Poland. Staying at the Polonia Palce was a truly enjoyable experience. All the staff could not have been friendlier and helpful, inparticular the bar manager of \"Mr Bojangles\" made our evenings memorable. The breakfast was first class, and our dining experience were of the highest quality. The only downside to our holiday was the bed. The mattress was not as comfortable as we would liked and had learly seen better days. But overall our stay was a positive one. We will be coming back.

Very nice hotel, interesting building. The location is comfortable but not very nice. Service is OK, but I have not found anything really special for the hotel.
