Lipowy Dwor is a restored historic building in the style typically found in Zakopane. It is centrally located with only a 5 minute walk from "Krupówki" one the most famous and beautiful pedestrian areas in Poland. With little traffic the one-way Modjeska street creates perfect conditions for a quiet and relaxing walks to the Valley Strazyska and the White Valley . The Distance from the center is 300m. The ski lifts are also relativley close as you may find the closests one on "Polana Lipka" located only a kilometer away from the Manor. There is also another ski pist only 2km away that goes by the name of Polana Szymoszkowa. If the guests are more swim fans then ski fans then we would recomend them to try the Zakopane Aquapark located only half a kilometer away from the Manor.

The manor can accomdate up to 29 people in single, double and three person bedrooms. Personal studios that are for 2 people are on offer as well. Each room has a private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) and is also equipped with TV, radio, telephone, refrigerator

Visitors can enjoy the facilities at the Pension Sośnica (10 meters): - Pool tables (10 PLN / 1h) - Indoor swimming pool with dimensions of 7.5 mx 12.5 m depth of 0.7 - 1.9 m (no charge) - Sauna (30 zł - 1h: 1-4 people) - Massages on request (30 - 45 zł) - Café, - Dining - Terrace with sun loungers, - Guarded parking fee (15 zł / day).

The dining area is in the Sosnica Pension where Breakfast is served every day in the form of a swedish buffet. The breakfast is included in the price for the room. Lunch and dinners served to your a la cart.
