The four-star Crocus Hotel in Zakopane is a modern, luxurious object located in the vicinity of the Tatra Mountains National Park (Tatrzanski Park Narodowy), close to Wielka Krokiew ski jump, Nosal ski complex and the cable-railway going up to the skiing Mecca, Kasprowy Wierch.
Crocus Hotel is located on Tytusa Chalubinskiego Street, which was founded in mid-nineteenth century as a road that connected the poor village of Zakopane with Kuznice - a metallurgical settlement in the Tatras. Since then the village began to grow in the direction of the mountains. In 1885 it was given the status of a climate observation base, an in 1933 it acquired city rights. Zakopane became the most famous tourist town in Poland, and Kuznice – a point of departure for many trips into the mountains.
The present location of the hotel is the geographical center of the town, only a two kilometer (about 15 minutes) walk from Krupowki, the shopping center. Another two kilometers away is the “Gateway to the Tatras”, Kuznice, with the lower station of the Kasprowy Wierch cable-railway. From our hotel, it only takes a quarter of an hour to reach Zakopane's "old town" - Koscieliska Street, with highlander huts from the nineteenth century, a historic, wooden church built in 1847 and a necropolis where some famous Poles lie – the cementary in Peksowy Brzyzk.
From the hotel windows, you can admire the splendor of the Tatras, among others of Giewont, which – at 1895 meters of altitude) is precisely a thousand meters above the hotel. It only takes a two hours’ walk to reach the base of a 600 meter-tall wall of Giewont and feel the mountain's greatness to the fullest.

Crocus Hotel is a modern hotel with the highest standard. It has room for 98 persons in 49 rooms and suites (with a possibility of putting an extra bed in every room) and the Mountain Regional Hut – an exclusive place for 6 to 8 persons located close to the main building.

Our menu lists, among others, dishes like roast duck breast with orange-cardamom sauce on apple-cinnamon rosti pies or tender slices of veal roasted with lime and truffle paste, served on a risotto with fennel.
We also invite our guests to the lobby bar, which is a great place to meet people and relax. Here you can also try the great wines from our cellar and other alcohols from around the world and savor the snacks prepared by our Chef.
