The resort is located at the crossroads of Gołdap - Suwalki routes (65-653) on the Wielkie Oleckie Lake.

We offer brand-new wooden chalets (8) which are located in a pleasant grove with beautiful views of the lake. They can accommodate 4 people. They are equipped with bathroom with shower, kitchenette and a terrace with a panoramic view of the Wielkie Oleckie lake. The second place of accommodation may be rooms that are located in the Karczma Margrabowa: 6 rooms (single, double and triple) equipped with a bathroom with shower, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The rooms are decorated entirely in wood, and some have views of the lake. Additional accommodations can be provided at the campsite, and places for campers.

Margrabowa inn - restaurant styled for an ancient tavern, that serves traditional Polish cuisine, fresh fish, grilled or smoked meats made with the traditional way in our smokehouse. The interior is decorated with natural materials such as wood, stone and reed covered roof. In the courtyard there is a terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Wielkie Oleckie Lake.
Finnish sauna - Wood fired, situated in a secluded location, just few steps from the lake, where in the winter season an airhole is being forged. Floating equipment rental - canoes, boats, pedal boats or jet ski available. Fire sites and grill - with shelter prepared for more people. Volleyball field - for active vacationers, sandy beach - for lovers of sun and swimming in the lake.

Restaurant Karczma Margrabowa is open daily and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We have conference rooms in our second building (Hotel KrystJan in Olecko) that can accommodate up to 110 people, equipped with necessary audio-visual equipment.

Location of the resort on Wielkie Oleckie Lake, creates big opportunities in recreation, entertainment and rest. Private beach, sauna, swimming equipment rental and a place to barbecue, bonfire or volleyball encourages active recreation and regaining strength.

The entire building area is fenced and guarded 24 / 7 and has private parking lot for guests.
