Opened in July 2009, the property is part of the Sports and Performance Hall Oliwa, which holds not only sporting events of national and international level.
Rębiechowo International Airport situated about 14 kilometers away and the distance to the international fair is just a few minutes walk. Only 3.5 kilometers to the nearest pier and the beach.

In 27 rooms there can be extrabeds.
