a very nice hotel in the best location if you like to discover Krakow without using a car. The room was clean and offered much more space than what is usual. The only remark would be that there is no elevator, which can be a problem (our room was located on the third floor). The breakfast was good but quite unusual for our taste (salads are not what we normally have for our breakfast...). The staff is very friendly and was very helpful with organising the trips we wanted to make, even if we paid a bit more than what we would have done by organising ourselves.
