Excellent value hotel and only a short walk (15 mins)to the centre of Krakow as well as being handy for the Kazimierz district. The Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.I asked via email for a room to the rear of the hotel after reading about potential noise from traffic and was more than happy with the room allocation. Plenty to choose from the breakfast table and scrambled egg was available on request. Rooms were cleaned daily and my room (3) was spotless. Wired in Internet access was available in my room and I had no problems accessing the internet via my laptop. We had no problems with leaving our luggage at the hotel until late afternoon on our departure date. I would definitely use this hotel again if the price was right.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well equipped. For one night we had a room at the front, which was noisy - due to trams, but room at the back was good. It would have been good to have tea/coffee facility in the room. Thanks.
